The CLV sub-project is going to organize a series of PANdora’ seminars in Phnom Penh, Vientiane, and Ha Noi, from 20 - 24 August 2007. The seminars are intended to raise Public Awareness of Distance Education and Information & Communication Technology and to disseminate the survey results of the three countries on the practice and policies of DE.
